Our Factory
Our manufacturing network is built three production bases in Quanzhou, Jiangxi and Jinjiang, giving us the flexibility and capacity to support customers across different product programs and order volumes.
Together, our factories cover over 25,000 m², with 10 production lines and more than 200 skilled workers. By coordinating resources across multiple production sites, we are able to maintain stable capacity, respond flexibly to production needs and support the long-term growth of our customers.

We provide a complete manufacturing solution from raw material development to finished garment production, covering weaving, cutting, printing, sewing, and packaging.
1. Fabric Knitting: We have in-house knitting capabilities, allowing us to produce a wide range of knitted fabrics with stable quality, flexible customization, and efficient lead times.

2. Printing Technology: We are equipped with advanced printing systems and a full range of modern printing facilities, enabling us to deliver high-quality and durable fabric printing with efficiency and precision.

3. Precision Cutting: We utilize advanced automatic cutting machines and standardized operating procedures to ensure accurate sizing, efficient production, and consistent quality control throughout the process.
4. Production Capacity: Our facility operates 10 fully equipped production lines with more than 200 skilled workers, ensuring strong manufacturing capacity and stable bulk production for global orders.
5. Quality Inspection & Packaging: Every finished garment undergoes strict quality inspection by our dedicated QC team before packing, ensuring all products meet our standards prior to shipment.
6. Warehouse: All fabrics, accessories and finished goods are systematically stored and managed in our standardized warehouse. Clear classification and stock tracking guarantee fast picking, accurate allocation and smooth order delivery.

Our Service
1)Free development of 20 to 200 new samples per year (the exact quantity to be determined based on the order amount)
2)Free design of drawings, packaging drawings and promotional posters
1)Prices are based on confirmed samples. Any cost changes during production will be mutually agreed.
2)After order confirmation, we guarantees goods fully meet the buyer's quality requirements as per confirmed pre-production samples.
3)OEM orders are produced strictly to buyer's requirements or AQL2.5; any deviation requires prior written approval, otherwise the buyer may reject the whole order and claim liability.
4)We have the obligation to deliver within the agreed schedule. The Buyer shall provide timely sample approvals per the production plan. Any delay caused by our side shall be borne by ourselves, including related responsibilities and losses.
1)All products are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of arrival at the destination port.
2)Within 3 months, quality issues making goods un-sellable allow the buyer to return or treat as defective; we will re-produce, re-deliver, or deduct payment accordingly.
3)For any customer quality complaint, we always provide a solution within 48 hours of notice.
4)If the defect qty exceeds 2%, and is attributable to our responsibility, we will unconditionally provide free replacement or issue a full credit for the defective goods.
